Given her religion, I doubt that will happen. Unless she can cite a Sharia provision in an Islamic court and plead her case to a Qadi (Islamic judge). I think even Islam has something about deadbeat husbands, But being a douche to women and having several wives / mistresses etc and the wife remaining silent about it is very Islamic. Hence Huma's reluctance to say or do anything, except ignore it.
