Harry Fujiwara known to WWE fans as Mr. Fuji, died Sunday morning.
The five-time WWE World Tag Team Champion was known for his black tuxedo and bowler hat and his trademark move of grabbing a handful of salt (hidden in a small bag in his tights) and throwing it in the eyes of his opponents to blind them.

Mr. Fuji and Mr. Saito!!
We had the same character for “Championship Wrestling” in the midwest; the incomparable Mitsu Arakawa. My grandfather always watched Championship Wrestling, narrated by Sam Menacker and Chuck Marlowe on Indy’s Channel 4. Grandpa always complained about Mitsu’s doing that “sneaky Jap s***.” But later one of grandpa’s former bartender co-workers wound up teaching Mitsu how to tend bar which was how Mitsu paid the bills while not on the circuit. Grandpa then said he was an OK guy and bartender, but was still a cheat in the ring.
Nobody was better than Yukon Moose Cholak. He was my idol.
The bad guys were awesome in the post WWII era. Mr. Fuji, the Iron Sheikh, Ivan Koloff, Chief Jay Strongbow, Killer Kowalski, and in Canada we had pseudo-nazi Killer Karl Krupp. I even enjoyed the cartoonish bad guys like the Macho Man, Jake the Snake, the Million Dollar Man, Brutus the Barber, the Hart Foundation, and Razor Ramone. I lost interest when the bad guys devolved from parody to vulgarity.
That’s “Professor” Tanaka to you......Do you call Dr. Evil, “Mister” Evil?
He tossed dust in the eyes of opponents a few time, entertaining. Rest In Peace, good wrestler.
Brush with greatness.
I once was on an airplane coming into Chicago with Nikolai Volkoff and the Iron Sheik. They were pretty easy to recognize.

Even though Brett is currently fighting cancer he would still kick most people here butts cold
I watched Gorgeous George and others on TV in the late 1940s and early 1950s and it was already show biz. It's true that there were some wrestlers back then who had been straight wrestlers.
Wrestling back then was really fun to watch because even though we knew it was scripted it was fun, now, look at what they have now..they have Bob Backlund with a homo wrestler with the slogan “Make Darren Young Great Again” WOW how original..they are getting suspended left and right for failing drug tests, we all know they take Roids(or as they call it, Adderrol, guess all the wrestlers have ADHD)
