Fraud is DONE BY VOTING THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T SHOW UP TO VOTE.

"THE DEAD" VOTE IS AN ACCIDENTAL BYPRODUCT of that system of FRAUD. Count the dead vote and you get an idea of the extent of the fraud.

That is perhaps the most "traditional" election fraud/cheating scheme, but it's far from the only one.

In the modern era, with electronic voting and electronic vote counting, fudging vote totals electronically is a bigger issue, because it is potentially much more efficient in distorting the reported vote totals. The nerdy hacker is more valuable to an election rigging scheme today than the political hack operative who knows how to organize fake votes for dead and disabled voters.

Individuals fraudulently voting in a precinct is only a small percentage of the massive voter fraud the corrupt Clintons are capable of.

For instance, a precinct computer can be programmed to change every Repub vote to Dem....then erases the evidence.

Then there’s ‘Homeland’ - setting themselves up to ‘watch the process - - like putting the fox in charge of security for the Hen House. If Homeland Security does anything they would be protecting the criminals doing the fraud.

We’ve got to come up with lots of ways to catch the fraud... the old style voter fraud - and the newer style voter fraud.
