Tonight, 08/08/2016, FOX's Brett Baier said in a their Prime Time Hard News show that Hillary actually says NOT raise Taxes on the Middle Class in her video when she clearly says - We're going to raise taxes on the middle class!

Actually, when I saw it, I thought she did say "not" although very softly. But if you listen carefully, you can hear it.

So I have to give her this one. (But only this one.)
