Agree these are not seizures. These are tiny periods of panic followed by a comedy act coverup attempt.
It could be a side effect of medication, or just stress. When the balloons caught her eye, she freaked out for an instant, and then realized it was just balloons and went into the silly act. Bill didn’t react at all for another half-second. Then he smiled and took in the view.

I'm with you...i.e., "cut the seizure crap".
She attended a "celebration" party at 2 PM after the nomination session last night.
If she was having all these seizures and brain incidents, she'd be constantly rushed to a hospital.
