UPDATE 7/28/`6 @ 11:51 p.m. WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (AP/WSAZ) -- It's been more than a month since the tragic floods devastated parts of West Virginia.
Funeral arrangements have been made for a 14-year-old West Virginia girl missing and presumed dead in last month's devastating floods.
The obituary for Mykala Cheyanne Phillips says the service will take place Sunday afternoon at Bethesda Church in White Sulphur Springs.
Philips is one of the 15 people who died in Greenbrier county. Overall, 23 people died statewide in the floods.
