A man was shot by police in Falcon Heights on Wednesday evening. In a video posted on Facebook, the man’s girlfriend says the “police shot him for no apparent reason, no reason at all.”

The girlfriend, Lavish Reynolds, started the video with the man slumped next to her, his white T-shirt soaked with blood on the left side. In the video, taken with her phone, she says they were pulled over at Larpenteur Avenue and Fry Street for a broken taillight.

Warning: Graphic video of the incident posted on Facebook

She certainly didn't seem that concerned about the guy being shot.

Does not look good. Too bad video doesn’t show what happened earlier. But what it did show was very troubling.

She was more demonstrative and emotional later in the video.

I think she was ordered to.keep her hands in sight. If she tried to stop the bleeding the cops might have thought she was trying to pull his gun out.

Another hands up, dont move case?

Daily Mail story on it:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3678293/Please-don-t-tell-s-gone-Horrifying-moment-woman-believes-black-boyfriend-died-Minneapolis-cop-shot-four-times-reached-license.html

You can’t have a criminal record and be approved for concealed carry.

A second video from the Baton Rouge shooting came out today as well and is on Daily Mail. Also looks bad for the police.

I understand it is a dangerous job, but an officer of the law should not be able to take a life unless he reasonably believes his own life is in immediate danger. If you’re trigger happy, find another line of work.

It’s not a ‘conservative’ position to give state actors complete license to trample our Constitutional rights and protections.

The cop is going down. If she is believed, and it would appear that she is very believable, then the cop is headed for prison.

Cops shoot a CHP holder who has informed the officer of that and that he has a gun,

or

Guy says no such thing (legal in many states)and then reaches for his wallet, cop sees the gun and shoots him four times.

Bad either way.

Or, guy pulls out the gun and is shot.

What about these two cops?

I posted this story the night the shooting took place on FR and it was removed.

http://nypost.com/2016/07/06/jarring-new-video-emerges-of-louisiana-cop-shooting-restrained-man/

This man was resisting and he was a felon. There was a gun in his pocket, not in his hand.

These two cops couldn’t subdue him and put on the cuffs? They had to pull out a gun to deal with this situation?

Maybe he was drunk or stone or just plain stupid. It seems taking a life should involve a greater level of threat than this.

Why is a gun being pulled out in either of these cases?

1. Subdue the man and handcuff him. There are two officers on top of the Baton Rouge man.

2. With the tail light situation, why pull out a gun at all? He informed the officer he was licensed to carry and was attempting to provide his ID.

I don’t like the BLM riots and leftists. But every citizen should have Constitutional rights protected - jackass, black, whatever.

Giving the State unlimited power is NOT a conservative position. Thinking it’s okay because you think you or your family won’t be the victims is also wrong.

ANY person of ANY race can be on the wrong side of a bad actor acting under color of the law.

There should be audio of the verbal exchange between the LEO and dead passenger.

Okay, media.. Do your thing!! Conventions coming up and lots of black dudes getting shot by cops just in time. False flag? Crisis actors? Oh wait, just coincidences I’m sure like chatting grandkids and golf on a plane with Loretta Lynch!

She was well spoken, calm and maintained her composure. Not real typical. She was almost professional like, considering what just occurred. She could have been experiencing a degree of shock. According to the audio her BF was shot 4 times.

Yes, we’re much better off giving up our guns, and letting police be the only ones with guns. /s

Giving the State unlimited power is NOT a conservative position.

And in fact, it's the antithesis of one.

At least one of her hands was occupied since she was busy wielding her phone. I doubt she would have been much help in stopping the bleeding.
