I doubt that there could be any presumption of privacy for a demonstrator. Shes delusional. IIRC, the concept of privacy for those who participate in public demonstrations was laid to rest in court a few years ago.
The case arose from a demonstration at a DC-area university, either George Mason or Georgetown (I'm not sure which).
