A bit over the top.
It reminds me of Spinal Tap — let’s put it at 11.

This is a welcome break from today’s current events.

Less CGI, more story, please. And saving Earth every couple of months is as old as Methuselah.
I'll still watch it...it'll be on YouTube two weeks after it appears in theaters, regardless.

The reboot movies have been better than I expected. I never thought the concept was going to work.

Wow that looks awesome. I love the aliens. I was talking to my brother the other day about that, he told me “Just think: If the universe is infinite, somewhere out there, there is a planet populated by aliens that all act and look like Hillary Clinton. An infinite universe means infinite possibilities, so somewhere out there a species evolved that all wear pants suits, talk like her and look like her” I told him then that would prove hell exists LOL!

There are some hints of the Kirk - Spock - McCoy triangle that made the series work. Hopefully they will not just have explosions and show us more character development that made us care about the characters in the first place.

From the trailer, it looks like it is really bad.
Sad thing is...I’ll probably still go see it.

Kirk has dad issues. The lines in that trailer are all Dr Phil and Oprah talk.
Ominous music with punctuation’s. Jet engine noise from the ship.
The Enterprise destroyed/severely damaged yet again!
Where are the tribbles?
To: EveningStar
Spock and Kirk looking rather chubby.

I liked “Into the Darkness” and this new crew so I’ll be checking this one out when it hits the theatres. Looking forward to it.
