Sounds to me like an illegal tax disclosure. Trump should sue his pants off and make Obama happy. This is beyond the pale, I never recall any IRS commissioner at any time making a public comment like that about anyone’s taxes. It is improper and it is illegal.

It also means the Commissioner, had access to his tax filings. There is NO reason for the commissioner to be viewing anyone’s tax filings.

Just wow. It is stunning that the IRS Commissioner is commenting about anybody’s taxes, let alone those of the presumptive nominee of a major political party.
