It's a government hospital which they took over by merger/acquisition from the original Catholic ownership, and kept the name.

FTA: "And Abp. Henryk Hoser of Warsaw, through his metropolitan Kazimierz Nycz, is considering removing the name 'Holy Family' from the government-run hospital."

Apparently the Archbishop of Warsaw is investigating his legal standing to require them to change the name.
