It's a government hospital which they took over by merger/acquisition from the original Catholic ownership, and kept the name.

FTA: "And Abp. Henryk Hoser of Warsaw, through his metropolitan Kazimierz Nycz, is considering removing the name 'Holy Family' from the government-run hospital."

Apparently the Archbishop of Warsaw is investigating his legal standing to require them to change the name.

One difference would be that this particular atrocious abortion was, by the Polish criminal code, illegal, and sparked street demonstrations and a government crisis. Here in the USA it would be legal, and --- except on the pro-life blogs --- unremarked.
