Homer, they are going to cut your arm off, if you don’t let go of the candy bar!
Or something like that?
“People underestimate the danger of vending machines, which kill more people each year than sharks.”
How many are killed each year by vending machines ...
Makes sense if by “inquisitive” they mean criminal.

24,000 people are killed by lightning worldwide each year. #23 Vending Machines. 37 people were killed trying to get a snack from a vending machine from 1978 to 1995. That’s an average of 2.18 deaths a year, making this cause of death WAY more likely than shark attacks.

Oreos are great. The original white cream filled chocolate cookie sandwich was Hydrox though. Oreos came 4 or 5 years after Hydrox as a copycat. Hydrox cookies were made with vegetable shortening and were Kosher, while Oreos used lard and were not, because the lard was a blend of both beef and pork renderings. Today, though, Oreos out sell Hydrox by 50X or more.

You can always tell the pioneers, by the many arrows in their back!
The poor kid has no concept of what a vending machine is about. Poor little guy.
YES!
Just like dogs; they are allowed to make a bite or two, before they are in big trouble!
Hydrox cookies had a really good chocolate taste though. And today’s Oreos are made with high fructose corn syrup which makes them cookie non grata in my house.
