Okay, he releases his tax returns it says one thing. The audit finishes and his tax returns are amended. The OFFICIAL tax returns are the amended ones. In other words, he has no final product to release yet. Get it?

I have to keep my records forever. Two years back I have to show transactions from 2001-2003.

Any tax lawyer would advise against his/her client releasing tax returns that are being audited. Plain and simple as that.

I agree. He should never release his returns. The media is conditioned to think that if they ask for tax returns, republican candidates always produce them. Trump needs to retrain the media.

He’s being audited because the establishment wants to get him.
He says he has nothing to hide. What’s a little longer wait?

I understood this. Tax returns that are being audited are not necessarily the final word on someone’s taxes. He wants to release just one version of his taxes to avoid confusion or media spin.

Because if there’s multiple versions of his taxes then even there’s a valid reason for it you KNOW the left wing media will spin it into anti-Trump propaganda.
