A couple of short videos at the link offer various explanations for the phenomena. I'm going to check them out. I wonder if one of the explanations is what they call "radio skip", a signal that made its way to the moon from somewhere on earth, though 250,000 miles is quite a ways.

Actually it was the noise emitted by golf ball size probes sent out by the UFO that tailed them. The UFO was cloaked.
