The neuropathologist who first discovered chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) in NFL players said he believes that O.J. Simpson is suffering from the degenerative brain disease.
Dr. Bennet Omalu, who was portrayed by Will Smith in the movie Concussion, told People.com this week that he strongly suspects Simpson is suffering from CTE.
"I would bet my medical license that he has CTE," Omalu said. "Given his profile, I think it's not an irresponsible conclusion to suspect he has CTE."

He also claims that while attending a Catholic Church in Pittsburgh his fellow parishoners refused to shake his hand because he was black.
I don’t buy it.
Not to mention murder.
Let’s cut him open and see. If we find evidence in his brain then he can be treated.
Yet another excuse for Simpson. A black friend once asked me ‘do you think he did it’? All I could say was ‘there was nobody else that murdered those two people’. And this was an intelligent woman asking.
Do I think he killed them, yea, but not because of any admission by Simpson. Do I think Simpson would have been a great paratrooper, yea, again. Do I think Simpson got his noggin rocked too many times, yea but no more than any career paratrooper in the military.
Simpson is where he belongs which is in prison.
So what?
Finally, the real killer has been found!

O.J. gave as much as he got, collision wise - defensive backs couldn’t tackle him and linebackers who tried were either burned or buried. Does he belong in jail? Oh yeah.
Maybe that’s why he doesn’t remember murdering his wife.
CTE can only be diagnosed during autopsy. How would this quack know OJ has it?
Multiple murder. Particularly viscious multiple murder (he nearly decapitated Nicole).
If we find evidence that he has a brain, then he can be tested.
Dr. Bennet Amalu, please provide any evidence you have that O.J. has CTE. I would love to see your evidence.
