Attorney Saam Zangeneh spoke on Dominguezâs behalf in bond court Saturday. He said Dominguez was a âgood kidâ and downplayed the threats. And an aspiring rapper?

His lawyer downplays the threat saying he is a good kid, and the judge responds there is nothing the lawyer can say to convince him that there isn't a case for probable cause for assault charges. (Paraphrasing here)
Yet the judge sets the bail at a paltry 5,000.
