Maybe they do. But why is it when they drive and they get lost, they refuse to stop for directions? A woman drags out the map.
If my ex knew where North was, she couldn’t find South.
Really.
Between myself and my 4 sisters I would definitely have to say its true.
Don’t need a study for this. Whenever I ask a woman if they live north or south of XXX freeway, NOT A SINGLE ONE can tell me.
Now that’s just sexist. /s
Strangely, my best friend (who is a woman) has a perfect sense of ordinal direction, but cannot correctly identify left versus right. Her brain freezes, and she comes up with NO ANSWER. Not Right, not Left, just nothing .....
But she knows exactly where South East is right now. And she can turn from any ordinal direction to any ordinal direction. Just don’t ask her if that was a left or a right.
I think my bladder always knows which way is North to Lake Erie!
Ever been to Branson, MO?
My wife was reading the map and we were on the Yellow route and she was adamant about where I should drive.
I knew we were headed in the opposite direction. I also knew better than to argue with her right then.
The only time women have a better direction is when they know the closest shoe sale and the name of the store without GPS.
The ONLY times I ever got lost while driving or hunting was when cloud cover blocked the sun.
I have found that most women are not good at north, south, east, west, and they are not good at reading maps. They have to rely on landmarks, left, right, and GPS.
And they read maps a heck of a lot better..... but who needs a study to figure that out?
Within a week of reading in mainstream media “scientists” tell us there is NO difference between male and female brains. Sure.
The only direction I know is up & down. I also have problems telling my left from my right ~ many years ago I started pointing when telling someone which way to turn.
A recent study touted that male and female brains were no different. Here we learn that apparently men and women use their brains differently and hormones have an effect. I wonder how long before this gem is discredited because demonstrating that men and women have different capabilities is definitely not PC.
This is why God created men and women. Perfect, yes?
Sounds about right. I’m a walking compass and my wife can’t for the life of me right any location on a map.
The joke my wife and I have is that whatever direction she is facing, that is north.
This has to be correct; I think GPS systems were made for women.
My brother way back when, would grab his map every time I was set to drive more than hollering distance, and he would map out my ride.
He was brilliant with a map; I thought they looked like the underside of a tapestry.
