Actually, it would be Ottawa, not Tranna. As a teeny-bopper in Ottawa, she had a little bubblegum, disco hit. My guess is the help she is referring to is emotional support/friendship not financial/legal/business support. From what I know about show business, the system seeks to exploit people and does not care about them.
