When you think of places one might call “ground zero” for Islamic extremism in the United States, several places spring to mind. Perhaps New York City or Michigan — where one major city has earned the moniker “Dearbornistan” — would be your choice.
However, according to an expert on Islam in America, the answer is a surprising one — the state of Tennessee, where she says Islamist indoctrination is happening on a massive scale in the school system.
“Tennessee is ground zero for Muslim activism in the United States,” Cathy Hinners said at a panel at the Values Voters Summit in Washington, D.C., last week.
In an interview with PJ Media, she laid out just why the Volunteer State has become a hotbed of Muslim propaganda.
“In one of the counties in Tennessee, we learned that children in seventh grade are saying the Shahada — that there is no God but Allah and that Mohammed is the messenger — in class,” Hinners, a law enforcement instructor and founder of Daily Roll Call, said.
In the Muslim world, the Shahada is considered the most important part of converting to Islam. It’s analogous to the sinner’s prayer in evangelical Christianity — a statement desiring closer faith with and professing belief in the god in question.
According to Hinners, the prayer involves a public declaration that one is breaking with what Islam sees as the “polytheism” of Judaism and Christianity and submitting to Allah as the one true god, with Muhammad as his messenger.
While the recitation occurred “under the guise of social studies,” Hinners said that “there is no historical value in saying a prayer or the Islamic profession of faith.”
Hinners isn’t alone in decrying Tennessee schools’ rather odd embrace of Islam. Last month, Pastor Greg Locke, a resident of Wilson County, Tennessee, became a viral sensation when he urged residents to take an F in a course which he saw as Islamic indoctrination.
“Let me tell you something: when they are in sixth grade, they get half a page of watered down Christianity that has about as much Bible as a thimble, if you will,” Locke said in the video.
“And now there’s 28 pages that they have to learn about Islam and Muhammad and how it all came about and about the holy Quran, and the Five Pillars of Islam, and how they pray, and when they pray, and where they pray and why they pray, and about pilgrimages and all of this.”
When this information is added to the existence of Islamic training camps in the state, it is truly alarming.
Has anyone stopped to think or ask why there is the possibility of muslim terror in the United States in the first place? Especially after 9/11?
I mean lets be serious here. Why exactly is there anything but a freakish remote possibility? And who is responsible for their being anything but a freakish remote possibility?
And why are they not held to account?
I keep trying to tell people to get over their fixation with Dearborn and Michigan.
Sure there is a large concentration of muslims in Dearborn but they’re the most closely monitored muslims on the planet. Its where nobody expects muslims that you have to worry about.

The sole exception of which I am aware is Malaysia, thanks only to ethnic Chinese and imported Japanese management supervision and a very watered down (tolerant) brand of Islam.

South Florida is crawling with black muslims and one of them told me over 20 years ago that they planned to have a war in this country.
Where are the parents?!? And if they are speaking out, why hasn’t this been stopped? What about the much-spouted separation of church and state? Where is the ACLU???
