I predict that before he leaves office he will write an executive order granting the United Nations taxation powers over the United States, which would make the UN the de facto world government.

When he leaves office, he will step into the role of Secretary-General of the UN, making him the de facto president of the world.

And don't give me that nonsense that he's ineligible to be Secretary-General.
