Barack Obama scolded a reporter at his Wednesday briefing after getting a critical question about the nuclear deal with Iran. CBS News's Major Garrett pressed the president on the imprisonment of Americans in Iran.
"As you well know, there are four Americans in Iran—three held on trumped-up charges, according to your administration, one whereabouts unknown. Can you tell the country, sir, why you are content, with all the fanfare around this deal, to leave the conscience of this nation, this strength of this nation, unaccounted for in relation to these four Americans?" Garrett asked.
"I've gotta give you credit, Major, for how you craft those questions," Obama responded. "The notion that I am content as I celebrate, with American citizens languishing in Iranian jails..."

Does anyone realize how completely illogical Obama’s answer is? He’s really saying he wanted the nuclear deal so bad he didn’t want it “messed up” by insisting on the release of the American hostages.
And he also assumes that to get our hostages back, he would have to give Iran more “concessions”.

Major Garrett spent a lot of his early days on the old NET conservative television channel and worked for awhile at Fox - he’s a real journalist.....
Not sure what more Captain Idiot (aka the pResident) could give them in the deal in the first place. Just hand over the bomb?
