That extra clause was just added 2 weeks ago, with one of the 4 abhorrent SCOTUS decisions that were belched out all at once. INTENT is no longer necessary in proving housing discrimination. If it looks "not diverse enough", then you're guilty, even if you spent your lifetime doing your best to integrate and diversify every neighborhood you've ever seen (which would also violate housing laws, despite your lovely bleeding heart).
