It had been going for who knows how long. The gov’t changed the policy so they say but if you call their 911 for an ambulance to take you to a hospital they will not come as their is another death list.

Given that communists never progress beyond the “socialism” stage, they and socialists are really one and the same. (Marx claimed that a transition from “bourgeois capitalism” to socialism was necessary to create a state that would “wither away” into communism, but one chief characteristic of his insanity was that he did not acknowledge that a state that is all powerful does not “wither away” but dies in convulsions.)

Our own VA Hospital system here also kills a lot of veterans out of neglect, incompetence, and probably sheer malice to boot...
