Good, after all, how much education do you need to be a pimp, a drug dealer, a welfare slut?

They aren’t actually schools anyway. They are slop troughs / holding pens/ indoctrination centers.

The teachers should walk out, as they are no longer considered to be an authority figure in the classroom—by either the students OR the administration! Cannot imagine ever being a teacher nowadays. I was a high school teacher for ten years, then left teaching to join the military. I figured if I was going to do battles every day in the classroom, I could instead go serve our country and be willing to serve under any circumstances—and get better pay! I had a master’s degree and just by joining as a second lieutenant, I had a $5K pay raise! The open disrespect, rebellion and mayhem that this situation in Oakland allows is equal to anarchy in the school. Smh...

Most of them aren’t learning anything positive, they’re just taking up space until they can breed, rap and elect democrats..

"We’re getting pushed out of schools,” she added. “They don’t care about us.”

Start acting like you care about yourself and all that will change, sweetheart. It's magic.

Back when I was a kid, CA schools used corporal punishment.

I never liked the idea... but I’m beginning to change my mind on it. If those kids disrupting the class were subjected to corporal punishment instead of suspension, perhaps their behavior would improve a bit.

What kind of punishment is suspension, anyway? The kid doesn’t want to go to school, so you punish him by not allowing him to go??? It seems more like a reward to me.

In a related story, the government announces that earned income of workers will not be paid to them as they are earning more than those who do not work.

He had singled me out again. “Suppose you merely scolded your puppy, never punished him, let him go on making messes in the house ... and occasionally locked him up in an outbuilding but soon let him back into the house with a warning not to do it again. Then one day you notice that he is now a grown dog and still not housebroken — whereupon you whip out a gun and shoot him dead. Comment, please?”

“Why ... that’s the craziest way to raise a dog I ever heard of!”

“I agree. Or a child. Whose fault would it be?”

“Uh ... why, mine, I guess.”

“Again I agree. But I’m not guessing.”

“Mr. Dubois,” a girl blurted out, “but why? Why didn’t they spank little kids when they needed it and use a good dose of the strap on any older ones who deserved it — the sort of lesson they wouldn’t forget! I mean ones who did things really bad. Why not?”

“I don’t know,” he had answered grimly, “except that the time-tested method of instilling social virtue and respect for law in the minds of the young did not appeal to a pre-scientific pseudo-professional class who called themselves ‘social workers’ or sometimes ‘child psychologists.’ It was too simple for them, apparently, since anybody could do it, using only the patience and firmness needed in training a puppy. I have sometimes wondered if they cherished a vested interest in disorder — but that is unlikely; adults almost always act from conscious ‘highest motives’ no matter what their behavior.”

The one thing that’ll solve this problem is to fill the schools with hardened, former Marines to be the teachers, principals, and other staff. Those students wouldn’t last a day there!

“Alternative discipline”?
In a real world that is devoid of proggs alternative discipline would be real discipline. Alternative discipline would be much more harsh than discipline. Something like the muzzies do such as stoning or beheading. To me those are alternatives.

Too many are in jail too. I think things will get much better if no blacks are ever punished for anything.

See how many of those teachers live to see their excessive retirement! Hey, maybe this is a pc way of getting pension reform.

One sophomore student, Dan’enicole Williams, told the San Francisco Gate, “They never take time out, if someone is sleeping in class, to ask what’s wrong. They may be acting that way because they didn’t eat the night before.”

I’m sorry but you are just looking for an excuse. You think you are the only one that missed a meal how about havinng t work after scool or take care of a sick family memeber and on and on.
