Back in the 80’s I, and Air Force guy, was TDY on a Navy command ship in the mid-east and had to manually construct authentication tables (to be used by an ally in the region so we could authenticate between us).

I would build into the authentication tables snide messages directed at my nasty Navy boss.

He never caught on. One has to have fun when deployed far from home. . .
