I like Jason Isaacs. There is a certain quality about his performance that I appreciate.
They're at episode 3, I still feel compelled to watch, available on Amazon and Hulu (hulu the free version).
I like Jason Isaacs too, but he hasn’t had much luck with US tv shows. I’ve been enjoying this program, and hope it continues. I have cable and record all my programs. I’ll be watching episode 3 later this evening.
Believe it or not, a lot of this was filmed in New Mexico.
I like it so far.
One of the plots takes place in New Mexico. The plot involving Joshua.
There’s loads of stuff filmed here.
Lone Survivor (the battle scenes) were done about 7 miles from my house.
Not surprising. Good job imho. It’s getting panned on IMDB and only rates a 6.9 but I find it suspenseful and the story line compelling to keep going, and I’m pretty picky with my TV time (streaming time, tv is dead).
Cool. :)
Bkmrk.
Thanks for the tip. I’ll watch the first episode tonight.
I watched episode 2-3 yesterday. I like it so far, especially all the Israeli stuff.
I watched about 20 minutes before abandoning.
(NM) ‘_______about 7 miles from my house.’
Do you mind saying - approximately where that is - ?
Watched the first episode. Evil Christian pastor. Not exactly original or entertaining.
But even though the show is paced like molasses. It does present some suspenseful mysteries like. Who is Heche’s plastic surgeon (the guy is a genius) and why does a cop with a good Irish name like Connelly look like an Israeli?
All those are true, to the cynical eye. I save that type of thinking to political topics. .
It’s one kind of show I watch. . Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
And seriously. Heche looks great.
Me too!
They were filming in the Manzanos, near Chilili.
‘_______Manzanos___’
Thanks - I’ll have to check a map for that location.
We were in Las Cruces for about 5 years, until 46 years ago. (long enough to have 2 daughters! Who of course claim NM as their birth place).
Spouse was working on the ascent and descent engines on the lunar module (LEM) program, as Field Base Administrator, later to be know as - ugh - ‘Human Resources’ - - we never did adopt that phrase. . .
