It's 21° here and sunny in a slightly-overcast sky. I expect that we
will have broken clouds that will move over the Sun throughout
the day. So long as we have sunshine, we will have free solar heat.

Our two new cats, Midnight and Tootsie, adopted last Saturday, are
doing well so far. Midnight has some nasty knots on his neck, and
he sneezes a lot. We are going to take him to the vet this weekend
to get the knots cut off and find out why he sneezes so much.

And I must confess that Tootsie looks a LOT like Tiger, Bryan's and
my very first cat. She is a little sweetie, four years old, and very much
in charge, just like Tiger.

Your description of "broken clouds" set me to thinking about what may go about breaking clouds.
