My brother’s wife had twins. A boy and a girl. He asked me to name them. I named the girl Denise, and the boy Denephew.

Sparkle is actually the first female cat I’ve had, and that’s just because I liked her colors. Wait. Hobbes was female, too.

I actually prefer male cats as they seem to be less “cat-ish” in their behavior. However, I wouldn’t trade Sparkle for anything. She is a unique little jewel, and I love her dearly.
