I’ve only had massages at the physical therapy clinic, back in the early 90s when I’d thrown out my neck carrying young Bill around.

A massage would ease so much stress on my joints. I understand the principle behind the pain of arthritis, but doing something about it has always been limited to pain killers and exercise. Since I only take the morphine twice a day due to insomnia, I have to rely on Ibuprofen and Tylenol to take care of the rest of the joint stress.

BUT! I keep moving because I know that to stay in one place would be certain death on my arthritic joints. Which is why it’s so important for me to WALK! Maybe we could do that one day while I’m there...?

One of my neighbors gave me a pair of 2# hand weights, and I’m struggling to do reps with them. The left shoulder that was dislocated is a real whiner, but I’m not going to give up.
