My BP has been coming down gradually but steadily since this last addition of herbal meds. It has come down 40 points in the last four days.

I’m sure that the pain meds are part of the equation, but I don’t know how much. And if it’s warmer tomorrow morning, I will try to walk for 30 minutes. I need to get something to listen to, though...I hate walking without music.

If I understood how MP3 players and iPods worked I would try to get one of them, just for my walks. I don’t know if my phone does music or not, and don’t know how to check it.

MP3 players are easy to use but you need to plug them into your PC to “rip” songs down to them. If you simply purchased a song through Amazon or the Google or Apple stores you can simply copy the song to the MP3 player, like copying a file to an external drive.

What kind of phone do you have?

Look for a media folder, open it, you should see a music player and video player, or search for music, there’s usually a sample mp3.

I doubt that any android has been sold without music/media player apps pre-installed. It’s the baited hook to get you to spend money.

Also check the Freeper Tunes for troops posted on Fridays. Lots of tunes get posted for downloading to your phone. FReepers keep them up for the weekend.

Do a search for posts by Drumbo to get a feel for the types of music. Drumbo generally has a guiding theme or artist. Good stuff, good man.
