When Angela Ihegboro first saw her newborn daughter, she was “speechless.” “She’s a miracle baby,” the 35-year-old mother said yesterday. “But still, what on Earth happened here?” What happened is that baby Nmachi is a blond, blue-eyed white baby born to two black Nigerian immigrant parents at a London hospital.

I betting on the last possibility...where its mentioned that this might be sme sort of temporary partial albinism.
BUT if the birth happened in the “urban” center of any of our more “urban” “centered” cities....there could have been some wild “protests”.

Think if it happened the OTHER WAY. The white parents would get to keep the black baby for all of 10 minutes before a black SOCIAL WORKER took it and placed it in LaHood, so that it can have a “normal” upbringing for a black child.
