This is my very favorite version. Not only is Scott excellent, but Warner, Tiny Tim, the ghosts, Crachett - everyone is perfect.

And I agree with you on the Mr Magoo version. Those songs are earworms. I still remember the “We’re reprehensible - we’ll steal your pen - and pencible” song all these long years later.
