America WAS making racial progress just fine since 1964.
Along came the Community Organizer Rabble Rowzer and created more gaps, more inequality, more strife, more extremism, more identifying with the whole victim-hood thing and viola! Intense racial strife not seen in the US since 1968-69...no surprises here, thanks teleprompter in Chief!
