Honey Boo Boo’s mom June Shannon is facing intense scrutiny over her supposed rekindled relationship with child molester Mark McDaniel, but he isn't the first sex offender she has dated.
Michael Anthony Ford, 37, also dated Mama June and is the father of her 17-year-old daughter Jessica 'Chubbs' Shannon.
After the pair split he served over two years in prison for the sexual exploitation of a child over the internet in 2005 and remains on the sex offender registry.

Doesn’t surprise me one bit. These child beauty pageants traffic in the sexualization of young girls. Anyone who would do that to their own kid is already suspect in my mind.

There are actually people who watch this show? Why?????? Even if I had a room temperature IQ, I’d find something to do, rather than watch some crappy reality show. If this is reality, then there is no hope for us. We need shows that set a good example, maybe like a Chinese “family” where the children come home from school and do their math homework immediately without being told. Most of these brainless shows are suited for a special audience, people that have space in their heads and they absorb them as being important. I hope I’m not being to rough on this matter.
At least they have offered all the kids therapy. TLC did something right at least. Why they couldn’t have seen this coming with this woman’s background, I have no idea. Don’t they employ investigators before hiring these people?

I can’t believe that many men are so desperate they would want to be with this woman! Seriously - I’ve watched a couple of episodes and not only is she disgusting, her children are too! No manners, no rules in their home, they are dirty and I think each child has a different Daddy. White trash on steroids

Exactly. Who but a sex offender could possibly want to “date” her?
Well that makes sense but what are the odds of a woman finding that many perverts to date? Every single one had a criminal record of some sort. Unreal. No way TLC didn’t know this before airing the show

I watched a few minutes of this show one night by accident. I’m pretty sure it caused brain damage. A child molester in the family really isn’t much of a shocker for that bunch.
They were being exploited by TLC & were too uneducated to realize it. No reason to watch it other than shock factor. They are a complete train wreck. The momma, well I have no words for someone like her.
