I agree. The actions of Houston are beyond the pale. Far beyond the pale.
So now we’re going to have government passing judgement on what clergy preach about from the pulpit?? We’re going to end up giving government veto power over what is preached? Because those are the logical end results of this.
We are on a collision course between religions and secular law.
As homosexual marriage spreads more and more, and as numerous “LGBT civil rights” laws are passed, churches will find themselves at odds with secular law.
Are we on the road to criminalizing religious faiths which teach that homosexuality is a sin??? Clearly such faiths are counter to the secular laws which give new rights to homosexuals. But are we going to criminalize this?? That’s what could happen.

I think that’s exactly the game plan. Ban all belief systems while the tyrants exercise and establish (which will appear to be diety-less while in fact it is not however they won’t realize it because they have been decieved) their own to keep themselves in power.
