Yes, they do. From a safe distance. From say, an armored land rover. One of my last trips to Disneyworld at Animal Kingdom I got to see an African Lion close up. When I say close up, it was lying against an acrylic window that was about 6” thick. Its paw was as big as my wifes head. That was close enough given the circumstances. I do wasnt to see a Lion in the wild before I die. I just do not want to see a Lion and then die.
