and they are experience a large number of calls with a wait time of 14 minutes.

their party line is the book has not sold ‘Up to their standards”
of course that is BS
and the person wouldn’t tell me how Hillary’s book has done

This is a publically traded company someone should be able to do a FOIA on them

A better approach is to buy a copy from Amazon and send the lefties in charge of Costco a copy of your receipt. Then, ask them if they want to explain the loss of business at a board meeting due to their political biases.
