All I know about artichokes is they are great marinated or stuffed. I know, that’s not what you wanted to know. :)
Maybe after we get some expert replies, I will be motivated to fill the empty space in our garden with some.
We love them, which is why we’re trying them. They “can” be perennial here, but are normally treated as an annual - I’m going too try to them, and see if I can overwinter them. I’m going to get another one and put it in a pot that can be brought indoors.
They’re this year’s big experiment for me - husband now wants chickens........
