Today a Fort Wayne man is facing child molesting charges after he allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl. Police state Ronte L. Latham, 21, met the victim while he was working at the Weisser Park Youth Center. Latham told police he did not know the girl’s age and did not ask how old she was.
