I’ve grown increasingly suspicious about rape claims during times of war.
Maybe they are villians who rape. Or maybe it’s psych ops designed to make them look like villians. Just hard to tell anymore.

They did not rape her and the female reporters struggled to not giggle as the guy was going off.
I think this is a poor attempt by Russia to show how “out of control” things have gotten and therefore they need to step in. Keep in mind Russia Today is the mouthpiece for Russia and they are protesting this “pro-Kremlin” politicians actions.

Were you skeptical of the tens of thousands of well documented cases committed by the Wehrmacht or the Red Army a few years back? Do you really think it's beyond belief that a guy who yearns for the glory days of the USSR (that's Putin) is incapable of something like this?
Vladimir Zhirinovsky has been around for years and has always been a joke even among most Russians. I believe he even said the Russian meteor explosion last year was an American plot.

I actually doubt Putin would sanction rape. But he might employee underlings who would without his approval. For one, I think Putin is smarter than that. What's the political advantage to ordering a rape?
But back to the question, do those videos show the rape being ordered by Z....?
