Lack of accuracy in the raw data notwithstanding, I wouldn’t get any of the dogs on the top 8 list for a pet. The exact numbers may be off, but I suspect that they wouldn’t change their ranking more than a place or two.
I would absolutely not have a PBT type dog. Airedale (jumped on someone? come on) definitely would have, and probably the spitz dogs. Spitz have a tendency to be crazy - very hyper so you have to watch that. I might have a Rott but I have to admit, being pretty high up in stats (though paltry compared to PBTs), I’d be skeptical with my child around. Basically, I’m not automatically suspicious (breedist) of any of them except PBT/bulldogs.
