No, it's a miracle that you have the coroner's job when you can't even tell if a man is dead or alive.

The story states that Mr Williams was “pronounced dead”. We assume this was done by a doctor or the county coroner. Can a lowly funeral home embalmer over rule either of these highly educated officials? I think not.
