As I recall, the CCP investigation was “universe-shattering” before any mention of a criminal investigation.
Lt. Zullo remarks in the one hour video- as to the BC forgery proffered by the white hut as being a felony act x two, if my memory serves me correctly.
My guess is they are going after the forgers.
Maybe Sheriff Arpaio and company are focusing on a false document being presented to an elected Arizona official (Secretary of State) for the purpose of election qualification?
This would be within the legal jurisdiction of AZ., and Maricopa County. Perhaps, a grand jury has been presented with the facts, and has issued an indictment of the document forgers? Whether that document is the BC, or election instrument, or something else... I do not know? Maybe it’s something else entirely?
Maybe, the CCP has received a tip or multiple tips, or an artifact or other piece of evidence has been submitted by an interested outside source? Maybe someone from an alphabet agency within the government made an independent decision to act; emboldened by Sheriff Arpaio’s tenacity?
Maybe, the CCP themselves uncovered something significant in their investigation that is solid enough to merit criminal charges?
Maybe, the evidence is strong enough to compel the AZ. Attorney General to act?
I think Sheriff Arpaio, Zullo, and the CCP learned a valuable lesson in the previous public unveiling of what they had uncovered regarding Soebarkah, and the utter failure to garner enough traction to recruit members of congress, the media, or the public at large (to act in concert) with regards to the usurpation of our laws and in bringing the responsible criminal elements to justice. The silver lining being a harsh learning curve, a bad taste in everyone’s mouth, and a redoubling of their efforts.

I wouldn’t think that even a confession by the SS card (or BC) forger would be “universe-shattering” and “beyond imagination.” Proof of the forgery would only _confirm_ existing perceived probabilities that the SS card (or BC) was forged.

I have been trying to parse Gallups’ and Zullo’s comments about a “second criminal investigation.”
Is it a second investigation that, unlike the first, is criminal, or is it a second criminal investigation in addition to a first criminal investigation?
In context I believe that there are two investigations, but only one is being considered “criminal” by Gallups and Zullo:
1. the “non-criminal” CCP investigation into the BC forgery
2. the criminal MCSO investigation using two deputies
Yes, it is maddening that the CCP BC investigation is “non-criminal” but criminal jurisdiction has been denied, so far, by the Maricopa County DA, IIRC.

IIRC, Zullo first mentioned that Arpaio had assigned MCSO deputies to open a criminal investigation late last year at about the same time that Zullo first uttered the phrase “universe-shattering.”
There have been a lot of seemingly over-the-top descriptors applied to the newest evidence over the last two years, but the new evidence that came to light as a result of Obot meddling regarding the Xerox copier specs that Zullo has been “on the road” investigating for the past three or four months is what has most recently been called “universe-shattering” coincident with the MCSO deputy announcement late last year, IIRC.
Zullo seems to imply (let slip?) that the perps of the criminal act that is the subject of the MCSO investigation, have not yet been found!
Or Zullo "let slip" something that has already happened. I don't think you can come to any real conclusion for this comment.

If a conspiracy to forge Barry’s BC using the Sunahara BC as a base could be proved to have been hatched by Pelosi/DNC/ChicagoDems with full knowledge and complicity Lingle/DOH/GOP in exchange for a quid pro quo agreement not to challenge McCain’s eligibility, then that could be “universe-shattering”!

I think it’s probable that most of the hacking of relatively small sites such as BR are done by individuals who don’t get direct orders from “above;” but, rather, are simply like-minded enough to do these things on their own. Supposedly, it’s not that hard to wreak a site so it can’t be accessed temporarily.
And after all, there is virtually nothing posted on BR that is not accessible on YouTube or from other sources. 99% of what is there, if not all of it except for a few rewordings of what has been written by others, the owner “borrows” everything he publishes on his site.
So, why would TPTB in the Obama regime bother messing with him...
My wife last night asked me what I really thought and that was about it. Nancy, John, Joe, & Hillary, all go down with him.
