It takes a certain kind of dullness to not see the thread was satire, a joke, etc.

I didn’t get it was satire at first either, just ‘cause the Ecat cold-fusion threads are at least as outlandish as yours, only they are dead—and angrily—serious.
The difference is I didn’t much give a dern either way.
