Sounds like she was arrested before and refused to give her name to officers. She did have a trace of cocaine in her system according to the tox screen performed by the medical examiner.
I almost got hit with one of those when I was a kid. I told a cop my name was Dave Smith. When they found out my real name was Paul I said “That’s how it’s spelled, but I pronounce it Dave.”
