Thanks - I watch even the cringe inducing early “auditions” but I’m usually in delay so I can blow through the commercials so I don’t post much “live” but the comments are always interesting - well almost always ... Thanks again for your good work! ;-)

We always watch the first few episodes, some for humor but you can sense the excitement when a very talented nobody brings it. People who criticize this show have no soul.

Seriously, how is this “show” even still on the air?
Ratings. That's how.
When a show still continues producing a large audience, why would any network give up on it.
It's like anything else: if there's a market for it, continue catering to that market. It's just smart business sense.
Plus, Idol is still a very entertaining show, whether you like it or not.

I watched once, that is 15 minutes I’ll never get back.
The premiss is stupid, there is no reality in “reality” shows, except Duck Dynasty maybe (probably the closest to real).
