I am using the same ipad I always use. I've almost never needed to log in. Now I need to log in each time I arrive. Not fun. I can't find anything that keeps you logged in. The thing marked extra convenient claims to, but it doesn't.
Been a donating Freeper for 13 years, never seen a moose, and I have showered recently. And I am logged in. But sick of logging in!

Use the convenience settings AND make sure your browser does NOT automatically clear history, cookies and temporary files on exit.
It is easy to accidentally set Firefox to forget everything, which includes the fact you signed on to FR.
No, no, you don’t understand. Obama took over my ipad a long long time ago. I had the previous ipad engraved with “I am Breitbart” which tipped the NSA off.

Yeah, that just happened to me twice in a row on my PC. And I’m not any newbie here. It’s not you , there’s something screwy going on.
It says cookies are blocked from advertisers and third parties. But I’ve always been able to stay logged in on FR before.

The info about your cache being cleared due to a security setting is likely the reason, but if your tablet shuts down abnormally, it can also mess up your cache.
