TUNICA, Miss., - Competitive eating champion Joey Chestnut added another record to his total by downing 121 Twinkies in 6 minutes at a Mississippi event.
Chestnut came in first during the weekend at the Major League Eating-sanctioned inaugural World Twinkie-Eating Championship at Bally's Casino in Tunica.
His closest competitor, Matt "The Megatoad" Stonie, downed 111 of the cream-filled cakes in the time allowed, the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel reported Tuesday.
Miki Sudo, the only woman in the competition, came in third with 71 Twinkies.
Chestnut's record-setting feast amounts to 10.2 pounds of Twinkies, containing 18,150 calories, the Sentinel said.

And on the plus side if he dies now they won’t have to embalm him.
did he also set the record for not breathing for six minutes?
did anyone interview the toilet after this guy unloaded ten pounds of twinkies in it?
What is the reul?
How long does he have to keep them down?
he then changed his name to Joey Twinkie 121@heartattack.com
A bit, the new Twinkies have a longer shelf life
possibly different ovens/equipment, or they actually cleaned the original equipment.
Did he make the world record for projectile vomiting distance?
They should make them eat one at a time, at least it would be less painful to watch
RADCLIFF, Ky. (WDRB)- They’re the world’s best eaters, and on Saturday they feasted on hard-boiled eggs.
WDRB photojournalist Lee Atherton stopped by the Radcliff fall festival, where hundreds gathered to see a new world record.
The previous world record, held by Sonya “The Black Widow” Thomas, was set in 2003 with 65 eggs in 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
In the first-ever World Hard Boiled Egg-Eating Championship, Joey Chestnut devoured the world record with 141 eggs in 8 minutes.
50 ^hardboiled^ eggs!
Slower to digest than the “liquid chicken” variety.
“Maybe it’s because I was hungry. Did they change the recipe?”
Maybe from the new plant at Fukushima...
Looks more like he smeared them on his face like a 2 year old feeding themself....
as we used to say in grade school “that’s going to make pretty puke!”
