This publicly funded "art" hung in a publicly funded art museum in Northern Michigan a year or so back. Its very basic beginning photoshop at best that I could replicate in 20 minutes.
The museum claimed it was non political.

Crazy people. Posters found on Democrat sites are generally no different from those on Stormfront and hundreds of other fascist sites, and the libs are getting very, very deep in the really dangerous stuff. And they’ve been building it for years and years.
